Shumin Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Optics from the School of Physics Science and Engineering at Tongji University.
Dr. Zhang is based at reception and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students on campus. She helps PHBS-UK fulfil its health and safety functions by ensuring all required areas are covered. Shumin is responsible for facilities management, maintaining the fixed-assets register, and she also manages campus accommodation and library resources.
