Visa application
Students who need a Tier 4 Student visa need to apply for CAS from us before submitting the visa application. To obtain CAS, students need to provide the followings:
DEPOSIT
A deposit payment of £1,000 is required to secure your place at the PHBS UK. The funds must be paid and received by the University before we can begin the CAS process. The amount can contribute towards the tuition fee or be refunded after the successful enrolment if you receive full scholarship. More Information on payment methods and options are also included in the Finance information email.
TIER-4 STUDENT VISA
International students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) must confirm whether they require a visa to enter the UK. If so, you will need to make a Tier 4 Student Visa application. More information on the Tier 4 student visa can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa
CAS REQUEST
Despite the deposit, you will be required to provide a list of documents in order for your CAS to be issued, including Academic documents, previous UK visa history, evidence of English Language proficiency as well as bank statement to show you have sufficient fund to cover the tuition fee and the living cost. Once you have received your CAS and checked to make sure all the information is correct, you need to submit your application using the UKVI website: https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/overview
ACL CODE
Please leave this blank when you fill your visa application form. Your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) have to be collected from one of the local post offices within 10 days of the arrival in the UK.

RECEIVING YOUR VISA
If your visa application is successful, you will receive a temporary 30 day visa, during which you must arrive in the UK. If you attempt to enter the UK outside of these dates, you will be refused entry. Once you have arrived in the UK you will be required to collect your BRP within 10 days.
